    What is InfiBot and what can it do for my business?

    InfiBot is an AI chatbot that learns from your own website pages and PDF files and answers your visitors around the clock. It does more than answer questions:

    • Answers product, pricing and policy questions in your words.
    • Captures leads (name, e-mail, phone or a booking request) and sends them to your inbox, a Google Sheet or a webhook.
    • Hands over to your team when a visitor wants a person.
    • Speaks other languages, and visitors can pick theirs in the chat.
    Do I need to code, and how fast can I go live?

    No coding is needed. Add your website link or upload PDFs, choose which pages the bot may learn from, set its tone, then copy one line of code and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your site. Nothing is learned until you approve it.

    How do you keep the bot's answers accurate?

    The bot answers from the content you approved, not from guesswork. You decide which pages and files it learns, you write its instructions (tone, what to avoid, what to offer), and you can refresh a website on a schedule (daily, every 7 or every 30 days) so it never quotes old prices or pages.

    You can read every conversation in your dashboard and improve the sources whenever you spot a gap.

    How do workflows work?

    A workflow is a guided path for your visitors. Instead of free typing, the bot shows buttons, short forms and cards that lead them step by step to what they want, such as booking a demo, asking for a quote or finding the right product.

    • Build it visually. Open Build Your Bot → Workflow, click New Workflow and add steps on the canvas. A step can be text, a form, cards, a condition or an AI reply.
    • Collect details. Form steps capture contact details, and every answer is saved as a lead.
    • Start it automatically. Link a workflow to an intent, so the guided flow begins when a visitor asks about that topic.
    • Hand over to a person at any step.

    Can a visitor talk to a real person?

    Yes. You choose the words that trigger a handover, for example refund or speak to someone. The chat then appears in your Handover list, your team gets an e-mail, and a team member takes over the conversation live. You can pause the bot while a person is replying.

    Can I use InfiBot on WhatsApp, and what does it support?

    Yes. Connect your WhatsApp Business account from the dashboard (Integration → Connect WhatsApp) and the same assistant answers your customers on WhatsApp, using the same website pages and PDFs you already approved.

    • Answers customer questions from your content, 24/7.
    • Captures leads from WhatsApp chats and sends them to your e-mail, a Google Sheet or a webhook.
    • WhatsApp Flows: tick boxes and multi-step forms instead of one message per question.
